Tips


- A job is marked as "In Trans". How can I put it back as "In Queue" so I can retrieve it?
- When I request a job it never loads. The play/stop buttons appear but no length is available.
- Runs fine under an administrative user account but receive errors/it won't respond under other user accounts.
- The footpedal takes several seconds to respond - it will continue playing the dictation after releasing play.
- Priority jobs are not shown with red text in the job list.
- Nothing happens when I try to open the application.

- The WT, Dept, and Subject fields are grayed out when editing demographics.
- Some/all of the 5 Transcribe Modes are grayed out.



- Setting up security and access restrictions.
- Common Windows NTFS permission issues.
- Changing a job's demographic data/secretary assignment.
- Accessing another secretary's "Saved" job.
- Printing reports.


Errors
- "Please check to insure that your USB footpedal is properly connected. A DAC footpedal is required..."
- "An Error 3704 occurred attempting to connect to source. Please check your path."
- "The File Manager is not responding."
- "Run-time error 5: Invalid procedure call or argument."
