System Manager - System Exporting
Most of system's global settings are configured from the System screen.

The options under the Export Tab handle how an audio file is exported when it is done manually from the Navigator or from iNet 3 (if exporting is enabled for that typist). Options for automated exporting, based on an author profile or a category, is determined by the options selected on each author profile.

Adding/Deleting a Export Path
To enable users to export dictation from the Navigator or iNet, you first need to config a path. You can do this by entering a path in the Export Path field, assigning a name in the Export Label field, and clicking the Add/Update button. If you want to remove a path, select it from the dropdown and then click the Remove button.
Mark the job Complete in the Files folder, and Export the file
If checked, when the dictation job is exported, then its status will be changed from In Queue to Completed.
Restore the Filename to the original file extension on Export
If checked, the exported dictation's will be restored to its original source, such as .wav or .mp3 instead of keeping the proprietary Phoenix extension. Note that if the file was converted before importing this may not apply.
Convert the Filename to be compatible with Voice Solutions Mercury Systems
If checked, the exported dictation will be converted to the eW2 format that is compatible with older Voice Solutions systems.
Convert the file structure to 11k 16bit for export to Dragon Engine
If checked, the exported dictation will be converted to a audio format that Dragon NaturallySpeaking can import for speech-to-text conversion.
Convert the file structure to 8k 8bit for export to Nuance EXV
If checked, the exported dictation will be converted to a audio format that the Nuance system can import.
Making Changes
To save any changes you have made, you must click the Apply button. Close will save and exit the screen.
The Revert button will restore the settings back to their last saved configuration.
