Installation
- Computer does not recognize the voice card when connected
- Voice card's green light is not on after driver installation
- Voice card's green light is on, but not blinking
- All channels will not answer (but voice card's light is blinking)
- "Found new hardware: Device not working properly"
- Only channel 1 is working
- I have rebooted already, but the Recorder will not start - stays in "STOPPED" mode
Errors
- "Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified"
- "Error 1069: The service did not start due to a logon failure."
- "Please check your source directory path for a valid 'Files' directory."

After Installation Issues
- Channels will not answer
- The Recorder is always in "Stopped" mode after rebooting
- When I try to start the Recorder all I get is "STOP PENDING" and then it goes back to "STOPPED"
- I placed a channel "On-Hook" but now it says "Script Terminated"
- A channel lists somebody as connected when they are not
- I changed my Files Path and now new dictation does not show up in the document list
