Start by selecting your station model below. Only DAC's telephony dictate and transcribe stations have programming instructions here. We do not keep information on third-party products that may integrate with our telephony servers or software.
DA-110/R, RS, & RL
Step 1: Plug the phone cord (that goes to the system or external telelphone line) into the station.
Step 2: Lift the handset to connect to the system.
Step 3: Press the Store button.
Step 4: Dial the number(s) on the keypad that you want to program. Use the Pause button if you need to insert a pause.
Step 5: Press the dialer button where you want the number stored.
Step 6: Pickup the handset then hang it up to reset the station.
Step 7: Repeat to program additional dialers.
Note: Dialer 10 is used with the "Auto-Log" feature.
DA-110P
Step 1: Plug the phone cord (that goes to the system or external telelphone line) into the station.
Step 2: Press the Log On button and connect to the system.
Step 3: Press the Store button.
Step 4: Dial the number(s) on the keypad that you want to program. Use the Pause button if you need to insert a pause.
Step 5: Press the dialer button where you want the number stored.
Step 6: Repeat to program additional dialers without disconnecting from the system.
Note: Dialer 10 is used with the "Auto-Log" feature.
DA-113/SM, SB, & HF
